Membership Terms and Conditions
The membership entitled is due to selective treatments discount and benefits fee are paid monthly by recurring payment.
PAYMENTS
Monthly payments are due on the agreed date each month
Payments will be taken automatically by your chosen card or direct debit
Failed payments may result in suspension of benefits until cleared
TERMS
Minimum term of membership will be 12 months
After the minimum term, a rolling monthly payment with 30 days notice to cancel
Treatments discounts are non-transferable
Cannot be combined with other promotions unless agreed
Treatments are subject to suitability and medical assessment, and we reserve the right to decline treatment if unsfe
We may terminate the plan immediately for any breach of terms, non-payment or health and safety reasons
